About

Education

I received my B.S. in Biology from George Mason University and my M.S.W from the Catholic University of America.

Psychotherapy Training

In addition to my graduate training, I have received post-graduate training in the following programs and institutes:

Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) at the Washington School of Psychiatry in Washington, DC.

Fellowship on Contemporary Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy  in Washington, DC.

Experience

I have experience working as a psychotherapist at different clinical settings in the DC Metro area since 2011. Through my experiences, I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples and families on a wide range of issues. I have also organized and led support and therapy groups. During my MSW program, I had the opportunity to intern at two excellent facilities:  The Women's Center in VA and DC, and The Catholic Charities DC Refugee Center.

I look forward to sharing my expertise with you!
